    I agree with the other reviewer, these balls really work at tightening vaginal muscles. I've only had 1 child but I noticed the differnece in our love making after her birth. Since using these balls, I am now using the heaviest combination, we have definatley noticed that my pussy is tighter. Maybe even more than before Jessy's birth. Out of interest, I used 2 light balls for about 2 weeks then exchanged 1 of the balls for a heavy one for another 3 weeks, now I've exchanged the second ball also, so I'm using 2 heavy balls.

    I did my research before buying these. The Lelo Luna beads are the best. They have four balls and a casing so you can start with the light balls then move onto the heavier ones once your pelvic floor muscles are stronger. I started using them after the birth of my 2nd child and I've really noticed the difference.
