We do not sell, trade or rent user information to anyone. When we transfer payment for your order, your credit card details will be sent in encrypted form to your bank for clearance. No credit card details are ever stored after this clearance.
Please note that Naughty Adult Shop operates its own warehouses and customer service department. Unlike other online adult retailers, when you shop with us and we fill your order, your details never leave Naughty Adult Shop. Your name and address will be supplied to our transportation company so your order can be delivered.
For members we gather your name and email address only so that we can send you promotional offers (you may unsubscribe form this service at any time). For customers we gather your name, email address, credit card details and physical address, which are used to fulfil your order. We keep name and address details in a secure area of our system to make ordering easier the next time you visit. No credit card details are retained.
We may contact you via email if your order, for whatever reason, cannot be shipped within 48 hours. Also if your order does not contain enough information (eg address details) for us to complete it, one of our customer service representatives will contact you via email. You will also receive confirmation via email confirming placement and shipping of your order.
Terms and Conditions
By placing an order you agree to be bound by those terms and conditions and all policies.
These terms and conditions together with the Policies constitute the entire agreement between Naughty Adult Shop and the user and supersede and cancel all prior agreements, claims, representations and understandings.

By using this site you agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this site or the sale and purchase of any goods from this site will be filed only in territory or federal courts located in Queensland and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
