Q. How do you package, is it discreet? A. Yes our packing is very discreet, no identifying marks.

Q. I have had many toys and I always get a burning when I use them. I have even bought silicone toys an they do the same thing A. It sounds like you have either sensitive skin or maybe an allergy of some kind. Good news is there are toys out there for you. We would recommend you look for products which are hypoallergenic and phthalate free. And beware, a lot of toys say they are silicone but you need to look for 100% silicone otherwise the toy may have only a small amount and so not offer the benifits you would expect from silicone.

Q. What if I don't like the vibe or it is faulty can I return it. A. Because of strict hygiene rules we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind or do not like the product. All vibrating items are tested before leaving our warehouse to ensure they are working correctly to avoid disappointment, however if your product becomes faulty within 7 days of purchase we may exchange the product at our discretion (basically if we feel the item has been used only in a reasonable manner then there shouldn't be a problem exchanging your item).
